Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love every order from our family to yours! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.


Our 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Please hold onto your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return:
Just send us an email at busybee@beelitecandles.com and we’ll take care of you from there. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.
Please note: returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. If a prepaid return label is issued and the package is not scanned by the carrier within 14 days, the return will be automatically canceled.

Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
Beeswax due to its natural properties, all beeswax sales are final
Custom or personalized orders
Sale items and gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at busybee@beelitecandles.com and we’ll make it right.


Exchanges
The easiest way to get the item you’re looking for is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted. This keeps things moving quickly for you!


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it yet, please reach out to us at busybee@beelitecandles.com.


Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as a wrong or damaged item). In that case, we’ll cover both your original shipping charges and the cost to send the item back.
Once a return is received and approved, your refund — including any applicable shipping credits — will be applied to your original payment method, or you may choose store credit of equal value.
